We are again looking to expand our innovative and busy South Oxfordshire practice by seeking a further Matrimonial Lawyer to join our team of private consultants. As an inclusive, award-winning Family Law firm, we cover all aspects of Family Law and have a growing caseload of work:

  • Matrimonial finances ranging from modest to high net worth assets
  • TOLATA applications
  • Pre-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Children Act proceedings ranging from negotiating parenting plans and regular child arrangements, to international relocation cases
  • Domestic abuse cases

Qualifications required:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX (with rights to conduct litigation) or barrister
  • Completed LPC or equivalent
  • Completed a degree or equivalent qualification

Characterful but modern, BH&O has high profile offices in central Abingdon. Remote/flexi working is available, but some ability to work in the office is required. A strong commitment to community involvement and CSR is encouraged.
