Sunday Showroom Advisor
Tom Howley Kitchen (part of the BHID Group) is a premium kitchen retailer where we entertain friends, welcome family and help clients feel at home. We are looking to recruit a Sunday Showroom Advisor to work part‑time, every Sunday. The role is to represent the Tom Howley brand, support the Showroom Manager and ensure our discerning clients receive the highest level of customer service. We ask clients not what they want in their kitchens, but what they use their kitchens for, and the Advisor will demonstrate each kitchen product, ask the right questions and ensure clients have all the answers before speaking to a designer.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide a thorough showroom product demonstration and qualify enquiries before passing client details to a designer.
- Keep the showroom clean and tidy, ensuring displays and samples are in excellent condition.
- Carry out general administration tasks, including updating showroom footfall and recording client information.
Personal Qualities
- Articulate, diligent and flexible with a strong track record in retail or showroom environments.
- Experience working with discerning clients and a similar luxury retail or showroom setting.
- Target‑driven retail experience.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Impeccable personal appearance.
- Personable, friendly and confident with a can‑do attitude.
- IT literate, experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
