Following continued successful growth, we are seeking to recruit a Group Growth Marketing Lead who will work for the BHID Group based in our Trafford Park Offices, Manchester (Hybrid role) with travel as required.
The Group Growth Marketing Lead will take end-to-end ownership of digital acquisition and performance across the Group. This role is responsible for driving profitable, scalable growth by connecting paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation into a single, joined-up growth strategy. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, the role blends strategic leadership with hands-on performance oversight. You will manage and align multiple specialist agencies to ensure acquisition activity is efficient, insight-led, and focused on commercial outcomes. This role suits a commercially minded marketer with a strong background in PPC management who thrives on accountability, experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end growth and acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, SEO, and CRO, including targets, budgets, forecasting, and performance frameworks.
- Lead and manage external PPC and paid social agencies, ensuring activity is commercially focused, well-structured, and consistently optimised.
- Manage and align the SEO agency, web development agency, and internal web developer to deliver a cohesive approach to traffic growth, site performance, and conversion.
- Ensure paid media, organic acquisition, and on-site experience are planned and optimised together.
- Monitor daily performance across all acquisition channels, identifying risks and opportunities and taking action to maximise efficiency and return.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to optimise acquisition channels and website performance, improving efficiency, insight, and conversion outcomes.
- Work closely with the CRM Lead to align acquisition activity with lead management, nurturing, and conversion into qualified opportunities and revenue.
- Define and prioritise CRO opportunities, including testing roadmaps, landing page optimisation, and journey improvements to increase conversion rates and lead quality.
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels, platforms, and formats where appropriate.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and Creative Manager to ensure acquisition activity is aligned with brand, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Analyse performance data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities, translating findings into clear actions and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and platform developments, adapting strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
- Compile and deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for senior stakeholders, focused on outcomes not just activity.
- Act as a growth and performance subject matter expert, contributing insight that shapes the Group’s wider marketing and commercial strategy.

- Proven experience leading digital acquisition, with hands-on experience managing PPC and exposure to SEO, CRO, and UX.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence working across large data sets, attribution, and performance metrics.
