Job Title: Door Fitter Installer Joiner

Self-employed Role

We are seeking confident Door Fitters/Joiners with some structural knowledge who are highly professional and well presented.

This is a mobile role working externally across the South of the UK.

Your role as Joiner/ Fitter will include:

1. Working with a range of hand tools to cut, prepare, and fit internal and external bespoke doors;
2. Ensuring doors are fitted to customer specifications to a high quality level;
3. Working in customer homes and dealing with questions face-to-face;
4. Ensuring you and your team work in a highly professional and tidy manner;
5. Demonstrating products to customers after fitting;
6. Reading and interpreting drawings.

As the Joiner / Fitter you will:

1. Have served formal training as a Joiner;
2. Collect the doors from the factory in Sutton;
3. Have your own tools;
4. Have significant experience in fitting internal and external doors;
5. Be able to read drawings, measurements, and understand material limitations;
6. Be well presented, professional, and able to provide excellent references;
7. Have a full clean driving license; having your own van would be advantageous;
8. Have experience with a range of hand tools.

We have opportunities for both single fitters and 2-person teams.
