For our discerning clients, a Tom Howley Kitchen is where they entertain friends, welcome family and feel completely at home. We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Manager to join our Bristol Showroom on a part time basis as a job share role. As Showroom Manager you will play a crucial part in guiding visitors through the journey from making an initial enquiry to choosing to buy the perfect Tom Howley kitchen. In return, you will get to work with the best designers, craftsmen and materials in the industry. Along the way you can be assured of exceptional training, development opportunities and rewards.
Responsibilities:
- To demonstrate our beautiful kitchen products and to answer questions from prospective clients. You will also be trained to ask these people the right questions to help them organise their thoughts before meeting a Tom Howley Designer.
- Support the designers with their client presentations and paperwork.
- Report to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis with the showroom orders activity.
- Work closely with our marketing team both to organise local events and to record and measure all showroom statistics, such as footfall.
Personal Qualities:
- Articulate, diligent and flexible individual who has a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment.
- Experience of dealing with discerning clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Impeccable personal appearance.
- Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude.
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Requirements:
- Hours of work - 22.5 per week, 09:30am till 17:30pm.
- Days of Work: Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday; Week 2 Monday - Wednesday.
