The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Officer to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and advising prospective students, helping them choose the right university and course. You will also engage with key stakeholders, including university representatives, agents, and other education partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote university courses and assist students with applications and admissions processes
- Provide expert advice and guidance to students regarding UK universities, entry requirements, and study options
- Attend student fairs, events, and open days to represent the agency and partner institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university representatives and educational agents
- Work towards student recruitment targets and ensure a high-quality application experience
- Stay up to date with UK university admissions policies and industry trends
- Participate in our Social Media campaigns to promote our services
About You:
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education consultancy (preferred)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Knowledge of another language is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system and university application processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and partners from diverse backgrounds
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and fairs
