The successful candidate will help grow our student recruitment activities by developing effective marketing campaigns, building community partnerships, managing digital marketing channels and generating qualified student enquiries.
You will work closely with Student Advisors and university partners to improve student engagement, application conversions and overall marketing performance.
What You'll Do
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to generate qualified student enquiries.
Manage social media content, email marketing and promotional activities.
Develop relationships with ambassadors, community organisations and referral partners.
Coordinate open days, university events and student recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with Student Advisors to improve lead quality and application conversion rates.
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance and return on investment.
Maintain accurate campaign and lead records in the CRM system.
Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, inclusive and compliant with university partner requirements.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant professional experience and a proven track record in marketing will also be considered.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in marketing, business development or student recruitment.
Demonstrated success in generating enquiries, leads or sales through marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation and email campaigns.
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems and analysing marketing performance.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with colleagues.
Understanding of digital advertising, SEO and marketing automation is an advantage.
Experience in UK higher education or education agency marketing is desirable.
