Main Responsibilities:
- Promote and recruit students to join our partner institutions.
- Act as a liaison between prospective students and our admissions department.
- Develop strategies to increase enrollment and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
- Research pay discrepancies, efficiency bonuses, and other types of compensation in regard to recruitment consultants.
- Propose personnel and higher industrial education relations policies, help implement them in student recruitment, and draft staff handbooks.
- Aid in discussions between the recruitment management team and managers to recruit new applicants.
- Interview new applicants, check references and required documents to finalize them.
- Provide guidance on matters such as new employee training and recruitment, negotiating protocols, agreements, and other personnel and industrial relations matters.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary procedures, as well as oversee employee welfare and counseling services.
- Collaborate with other departments within the institution to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and implement innovative strategies to attract new applicants.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements For The Role:
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum level of qualification needed is RQF Level 3 or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in student recruitment or admissions, preferably in a higher education setting.
Key Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in student recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
