Salary: £36,400 for 37.5 hours per week. Salary will need to be pro-rated for other working patterns, based on the weekly working hours for this role. If you would like to offer a lower salary, you may consider reducing the weekly working hours.

Main Responsibilities
- Builds international market position by locating, developing, defining, and developing business relationships with business partners.
- Identifies unique ideas by researching the higher education industry and related educational events and partnering with stakeholders according to business goals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the UK higher education market, including universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential business partners within the education industry.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities as per the business goals.
- Make a plan for recruiting students to our partner institutions by analysing market strategies and fulfilling their requirements.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new partnership with company strategies and operations.
- Create awareness of and develop the brand and communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Analyses commission figures and negotiate them with the partner universities.
- Prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Requirements For The Role
Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:
- The Minimum level of qualification needed for the new worker is RQF Level 3 or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the higher education industry.
- Proven track record in generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales.
- Knowledge of the UK higher education market and its trends and challenges.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Minimum (CEFR) B1 level English is required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
