We are looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our housing site team, supporting our skilled tradespeople and assisting with a variety of construction tasks. Main duties (dependent on role) will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting joiners and other tradespeople by carrying materials and tools.
- Stripping timber off ICF after pours.
- Supporting scaffolders when required.
- Performing basic construction tasks such as digging and loading/unloading materials.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site.
- Working efficiently as part of a team.
- Operating basic power tools safely and effectively.
- Being willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Picking up basic construction knowledge and skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of basic power tools.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
