We are looking to recruit a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our housing site team, supporting our skilled tradespeople and assisting with a variety of construction tasks. Main duties (dependent on role) will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting joiners and other tradespeople by carrying materials and tools.
  • Stripping timber off ICF after pours.
  • Supporting scaffolders when required.
  • Performing basic construction tasks such as digging and loading/unloading materials.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site.
  • Working efficiently as part of a team.
  • Operating basic power tools safely and effectively.
  • Being willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Picking up basic construction knowledge and skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous construction or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
  • Good understanding of basic power tools.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel to site independently.
