We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Evening Premises and Cleaning Supervisor to be responsible for the security of the College during the evening as well as to carry out evening premises duties. You will manage and supervise the cleaning team of around 15 - 20 staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance across the College. You will also act as the main point of contact for evening operations, including lettings and College events. In addition, you will work closely with the Estates Manager, Venue Hire Co-ordinator and Finance Manager to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for security of the College during the evening and carry out evening premises duties.
- Manage and supervise the cleaning team of around 15 - 20 staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance across the College.
- Act as the main point of contact for evening operations, including lettings and College events.
- Work closely with the Estates Manager, Venue Hire Co-ordinator and Finance Manager to ensure effective service delivery.
Contract details
- Permanent and Full time (37 hours per week)
- Working pattern: Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm – 10:30pm (with 30min unpaid break). On Fridays 1:30pm – 9pm (with 30min break)
- Salary: £36,564 per annum (Spine point 19 of grade 6 in the Support Pay Spine)
- Salary increases up to £39,957 per annum over 4 years
- 2 months’ notice period required
- You will automatically become a member of the Local Government Pension scheme.
