This director‑level position offers an exciting opportunity for an innovative and accomplished teacher with management experience to lead and manage the Additional Learning Support Department at BHASVIC, and to join a highly experienced and affiliative Curriculum and Quality Team (CQT) with responsibility for SEND and inclusion within the curriculum.
Status: Permanent and full-time post, terms and conditions are the SFCA’s National Joint Council (NJC) Teaching Staff Terms and Conditions of Service Handbook.
Teaching: You will teach a minimum of 8 contact hours per week.
Salary: £64,404 per annum to £67,946 per annum upon experience (based on Teacher Pay Scale at Leadership Grade 1, Spine points 4 to 6). NB: The annual pay rise for academic year 2026/7 is pending.
