As an award-winning construction consultancy, we’re excited to be expanding our residential surveying and neighbourly matters service across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Building Surveyor with strong experience in Party Wall to join our team and take the lead in developing the surveying arm into a recognised regional specialist service. If you’re looking for more than routine reporting, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established QS, estimating and PM practice, grow your career and support our junior staff.
Experience / Knowledge
- MRICS or AssocRICS status, or be demonstrably working towards it
- Strong experience with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
- A background in residential building surveying
- Experience preparing, serving and negotiating Party Wall Awards
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, defects and building pathology
- A professional, calm and authoritative client manner
Desirable experience includes membership of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, Pyramus.
