Aston Villa Foundation is seeking a Young Women and Girls Engagement Officer to plan and deliver targeted programmes for young women and girls from Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will run both sporting and non-sporting activities to build confidence, resilience, and positive mindsets, with mentoring and tailored support for at-risk participants.
The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders including schools and community partners.
