Swimming Pool & Plant Engineer

You will work across all BH Live Active sites in Portsmouth and will be an integral part of the mobile works team. Working as part of Facilities Management, you will provide support to the Technical Operations Team.

If you are great at self-managing your workload with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with colleagues, customers and clients, you will work within a team to ensure delivery of a high quality, reactive and preventative service.

You will:

• Be a pool plant operative and oversee the regular operation of the pumping, dosing, and filtration plant across multi-site in Portsmouth.
• You will provide training to colleagues on pool plant operation and water testing and checking procedures.
• Act promptly to diagnose faults within pool operations and escalate when necessary.
• Perform regular inspections and record inspection results and readings accurately.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the building's energy management system

To be successful you will need:

• A good basic knowledge of building maintenance with basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• A Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
• A full driving licence and the ability to drive a vehicle in the UK.
• Practical knowledge and experience of general building upkeep and maintenance.
