BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be based at our BH Live Active sites across Southampton, including The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex, Bitterne Leisure Centre and Chamberlayne Leisure Centre. You may work across all three sites or be based at an individual site – please indicate your preference when you apply. You will provide cover for holiday, absence, and unfilled shifts. This role is great for those looking for flexible part-time, casual hours that can fit around your life.
You will:
- Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre
- Assist the centre in achieving its membership sales targets
- Administer and maintain our membership schemes
- Administer a booking system
You will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT and administration skills
- An understanding of the importance of customer care
- Experience dealing with customers
Due to the nature of our business, hours may include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
