The role:

BH Live is recruiting for a part-time Recreation Assistant to join our team at BH Live Active Stokewood, located in the Winton/Charminster area of Bournemouth. Stokewood has been a community leisure centre since opening as a public baths in 1930, now attracting approximately 300,000 visitors annually.

You will:

  • Work poolside and be the main point of contact for our customers.
  • Ensure customer safety and adherence to centre rules.
  • Erect, dismantle, and move equipment.
  • Clean the centre and equipment.
  • Supervise pool and centre facility users vigilantly.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Your NPLQ qualification.
  • Excellent customer service skills, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
