BH Live is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our general maintenance team covering Bournemouth and surrounding areas. You will provide support to the technical operations team and will need good personable skills to work well as part of the technical operations team. This is a general maintenance role and you will need basic building repairs and maintenance skills.
You will:
- Deliver a high quality reactive and preventative maintenance service.
- Carry out routine repairs & maintenance work and respond to faults reported through our technical tracker.
- Assist and undertake building-related reactive, routine and planned maintenance programmes, including emergency repairs.
- Maintain a solution focussed attitude when approaching repair and maintenance tasks.
- Keep the technical team and duty managers informed of any problems affecting the centre or its day-to-day operation.
To be successful you will need:
- To be competent at basic building repairs and maintenance.
- A full driving licence.
- Practical knowledge and experience of general building upkeep and maintenance.
- Ability to safely & skilfully use hand & power tools.
- Work well as part of a team.
