Casual F&B Assistants – Croydon

The role:
This is a great opportunity to fit work around your lifestyle. Fairfield Halls is an iconic arts, events and conference venue, which hosts a year-round programme of events including concerts, cultural performances, musicals and plays, conferences and exhibitions, business events, retail catering and banquets.
We are currently expanding our team of F&B Assistants based at Fairfield Halls to help our busy team. You will be working in The Cube and Bistro areas and be an integral part of our hospitality team and enjoy proving great customer service.
You will:
Provide a high-quality, customer focussed hospitality service.
Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages.
Ensure the Bistro, Cube and all hospitality areas within Fairfield Halls are kept clean, tidy and presentable.
You will need:
A basic food and hygiene certificate.
Experience of dealing with customers face to face.
An understanding of the importance of providing a great customer experience to all our visitors.
A knowledge of the health and safety requirements of working within a hospitality setting.
