The role: BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Operations Managers to join our BH Live Active team, to cover our peak periods including absence cover. Roles are available at Littledown, Pelhams, Stokewood, Corfe Mullen, Queens Park and Sir David English Centre. If you are looking for part time hours and flexible working to suit you, then this is a great opportunity to fit around your lifestyle.
You will:
- Ensure each department has the appropriate level of staffing and be responsible for the coordination of reactive shift cover.
- Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
- Open and close the building.
- Carry out visual building inspections of the building and report any issues to our technical team.
- Be responsible for the security of the building whilst on duty and respond to emergency calls when off duty.
You will need:
- For sites with a pool, a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential (NPLQ is not required for Sir David English and Queens Park sites).
- Confidence.
- Good organisation skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
- Great people skills, be proactive with great communication skills.
- A customer focussed approach.
- Commercial acumen.
Due to the nature of our business, hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
