The role: BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Operations Managers to join the BH Live Active team, covering peak periods including absence cover. Roles are available at Littledown, Pelhams, Stokewood, Corfe Mullen, Queens Park and Sir David English Centre. This is an opportunity to fit part‑time hours with flexible working, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

You will:

  • Ensure each department has the appropriate level of staffing and coordinate reactive shift cover.
  • Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
  • Open and close the building.
  • Carry out visual building inspections and report any issues to the technical team.
  • Be responsible for the security of the building while on duty and respond to emergency calls when off duty.

You will need:

  • A valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) for sites with a pool; not required for Sir David English and Queens Park sites.
  • Confidence.
  • Good organisational skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills and proactive, communicative approach.
  • A customer‑focussed approach.
  • Commercial acumen.
