A new chapter in luxury hospitality is coming to St Mawes. This exciting new hotel will bring 56 beautifully designed bedrooms, a vibrant café, and a relaxing spa experience to one of Cornwall’s most sought‑after coastal destinations. We will be looking for talented, enthusiastic people to join the opening team and help shape something special from the very beginning — creating exceptional guest experiences in a setting defined by style, comfort and seaside charm.
As General Manager you will have a rare opportunity to lead from day one—shaping the culture, building the team, and creating a guest experience that people will talk about long after they have left.
What you will be doing
- You will oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive working environment.
- You will lead department heads, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the property operates in line with brand standards, legal requirements, and company values.
What we are looking for
- We are looking to recruit an experienced General Manager who has led hotel openings and can demonstrate meaningful commercial success.
