Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Migration Consultant to lead and support the migration of CRM capabilities from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining data integrity, business processes, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the existing Salesforce environment, including data model, customisations, integrations, workflows, and reports.
- Define and execute the migration strategy to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
