Whether they need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide personalised care within their home environment.
Job Description. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our continually expanding organisation, as a Support Worker, for our clients across the Calne, Devizes and surrounding village areas. You will be required to provide direct and person-centred support for a range of adults, this position will include personal care duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily routines such as getting up, going to bed, dressing, undressing, washing and bathing.
- Assist service users with mobility issues and other physical disabilities, including incontinence.
- Prepare meals and fluids, supporting service users with their nutritional and hydration needs.
- Assist service users with managing their medications.
- Support with end of life care.
- Complete light household tasks ensuring our service users' home stays clean & tidy.
- Promote mental and physical wellbeing of our service users.
- Encourage service users to remain as independent as possible.
What we offer: Great rates of pay: £11.50 weekdays, £12.50 weekends and double on bank holidays.
