We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional to lead and expand our Titanium Dioxide business across Europe. This is a strategic role for someone who combines technical B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of industrial applications and a well-established customer network in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales of Titanium Dioxide across assigned European territories.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including OEMs (end users), converters, compounders, and distributors.
- Explore and penetrate new market segments in plastics, coatings, adhesives, construction, automotive, and industrial applications.
- Collaborate with internal technical and R&D teams to support application development and provide customized solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, sales forecasting, and market intelligence reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits (travel up to 40–50%).
- Work closely with and report directly to the assigned manager.
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of B2B technical sales experience in chemical raw materials, preferably Titanium Dioxide or related pigments.
- Strong background in pigments, polymers, or specialty chemicals with active customer engagement in relevant applications.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and hands-on experience in technical sales environments.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently within a multicultural and cross-border team.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
