We’re looking for a Creative Developer who can turn ambitious concepts into beautifully executed, performant, immersive web experiences.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of design, motion and frontend development, working closely with digital and motion designers to bring brands to life through:

• Motion-led website builds
• Cinematic scroll experiences
• GSAP-driven interactions
• Playful micro-animations
• Modern, component-driven frontend architecture

You’ll be responsible for building visually rich sites in Craft CMS (our preferred platform), along with Shopify sites for our e-commerce clients, and occasional bespoke WordPress work.

This role suits someone who loves experimenting, prototyping and pushing what a brand can feel like online.

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

You should be confident in:

• Craft CMS – building custom templates, components, fields and module structures
• Shopify – building custom themes, sections and highly branded storefront experiences
• Modern frontend craft – semantic HTML, responsive SCSS, CSS Grid/Flexbox best practices
• GSAP – timelines, scroll-based animation, advanced interaction work
• Bringing motion concepts to life from Figma, After Effects or Lottie
• Writing strong, clean JavaScript (ES6+) with an understanding of performance and accessibility
• Working collaboratively with designers, motion artists and strategists
• Building fast, optimised sites with excellent UX and attention to detail

Mindset

• Obsessed with craft and detail
• Excited by emerging creative technologies
• Comfortable experimenting and building prototypes
• Someone who cares about how a site feels, not just how it functions
• Always learning, always improving, always pushing for more expressive work

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless Craft with Vue/React setups
• Three.js or WebGL experience
• Experience working with APIs and integrations
• Exposure to build tools ( Vite , Webpack ) and Git workflows
