We\’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide professional and proficient executive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a critical role, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their day-to-day activities and helping to maximise their productivity and impact across the business.
This is more than a PA role — it’s a chance to be a trusted partner to a key Executive, contributing to the strategic rhythm of the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Proactively manage the CPO’s complex diary, inbox, travel, and meeting schedule.
•Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
•Build strong cross-functional relationships across all levels, representing the People function with credibility and professionalism.
•Anticipate needs and identify upcoming priorities or challenges, taking initiative to prepare accordingly.
•Organise travel, accommodation, and event logistics with a meticulous eye for detail.
•Prepare presentations, track expenses, and use in-house systems effectively.
