We are recruiting for a Senior UX Designer. Reporting to a Lead Designer, you will work closely with the UX team to produce delightful web and app experiences and contribute to our design system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in defining and improving experiences for our customers.
- Advocate for user-centered design across the company by demonstrating data inputs and validation methods used in design.
- Drive awareness and use of tools and services to help areas of the business understand and influence customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues outside of UX (including product and engineering).
- Deliver and present clearly defined, well communicated, and effectively validated designs to stakeholders of all levels.
- Use customer insights, data, and creativity to solve problems for our customers.
- Contribute to strategic UX thinking and guide delightful UI and interaction design.
- Lead and mentor more junior members of the team.
- Act as a customer advocate across the business.
- Work collaboratively across multiple teams, projects, and locations to deliver UX projects.
- Actively share knowledge with others and guide team members.

- An experienced user experience designer with a proven passion for building cutting-edge app, mobile, and web customer experiences.
- A creative problem-solver with experience working Agile.
- Understanding of business goals and the right UX approach to fulfill those goals.
- Excellent communicator, persuader, and collaborator.
- Actively learning and keeping up to date with developments in applicable technical and professional areas of expertise.
- Ability to deliver ahead of schedule and above expectations.
- Excellent experience of UX methods and tools, and understanding of the importance of UI design.
