We are looking for a Risk Manager to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business remains resilient and future-ready. You’ll help us navigate risks, seize opportunities, and meet regulatory requirements with finesse. Collaborating across teams, you’ll embed a robust risk and control framework to support our business goals while fostering a proactive risk culture.

Some great things you’ll be doing:
- Driving the design and rollout of robust risk management frameworks, including tailored training and communications.
- Business partnering, to support and inspire Risk Owners, providing insights into risk and control environments.
- Being the SME on risk, ensuring principles are well-understood and applied consistently.
- Deputising for the Senior Manager, Risk, in key meetings and committees.
- Identifying and escalating emerging risk issues for prompt resolution.
- Fostering collaboration across the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams, creating a unified approach.
- Championing a culture of risk awareness, inspiring confidence in our processes and decisions.

- Experience in a similar role designing and executing risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- A logical, evidence-based approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability to tailor communication styles.
- Organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ideally, a professional qualification (e.g., IRMCert) and knowledge of the FCA regulatory regime.
