We have a fantastic new role within Compare the Market, recruiting for a Rewards Proposition Manager.

The Rewards Proposition Manager’s purpose is to develop customer propositions, ensuring that Rewards shows up holistically to customers, effectively prioritised and optimised to drive performance in line with agreed goals. This includes contributing to the development and delivery of the Rewards strategy to drive engagement and deliver standout creative executions, as well as effective management of external partnerships for Rewards.

You’ll ideally bring:

  1. Demonstrable experience in Rewards, Loyalty, or Partnership marketing, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  2. Experience in Proposition and Product management and development.
  3. A collaborative style, driving deliverables through influence and trust.
  4. A solutions-focused attitude with the ability to identify CX issues and effectively troubleshoot.
  5. The ability to multi-task and prioritise numerous workstreams across our wider Rewards program.
  6. Attention to detail, able to critically review plans in line with key objectives.
  7. Understanding how to collect and use data that can drive effective decision-making.
  8. Ability to forecast and plan our key metrics in alignment with internal processes and requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Execution of Rewards proposition – support managing key marketing partnerships, create the roadmap, and shape the backlog for prioritisation. Management of internal and external tech & customer teams to ensure efficiency of the program.
  2. Responsible for product messaging and positioning for Rewards propositions; work with Marketing teams to develop toolkits for consistent execution in line with brand guidelines.
  3. Engaging with matrix teams across Mobile, Data & Comms to drive deliverables against strategy.
  4. Evolve Rewards KPIs, validating growth opportunities and actively managing performance vs plan.
  5. Drive good customer outcomes through continuous improvement and innovation of experiences.
  6. Nurture strong cross-functional relationships that enable first-class execution; leading plan delivery with matrix teams to define solutions that provide the best possible route to an agreed customer and commercial outcome.
