We’re on the lookout for a Digital Performance Marketing Apprentice – so if you’re passionate about data and curious about how digital marketing works, we’ve got the right role for you. We want someone who’s keen to learn and excited to dive into the world of performance marketing – from PPC and Affiliates to Display and Paid Social. If you’re a team player, up for a challenge, and love solving problems, you’ll fit right in with our friendly team.

As our apprentice, you’ll be up for learning tools like Excel or Google Sheets, naturally curious, and great at staying organised and communicating clearly. This role will start in September 2025 and is based from our London office. As part of this role, you’ll complete the Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with our trusted training provider. Everyone is welcome.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

  • Help manage and optimise campaigns to hit KPI’s.
  • Work closely with our media agencies to keep things running smoothly.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Brief and support campaign delivery, making sure everything’s compliant.
  • Check tracking links and landing pages are working as they should.
  • Support with admin around budgets and reporting.

What you’ll need:

  • A keen interest in digital campaign activation and optimisation.
  • Interest in PPC, Affiliates, Display, and Paid Social.
  • Comfortable working with media agencies and managing budgets.
  • Awareness of platforms like Google Ads.
  • Up to date on digital trends and changes in the industry.
  • Able to report on performance clearly and simply.
  • Confident building relationships with people across the business.
