About the role
We are hiring for Delivery Optimisation Managers! These roles are responsible for driving process improvements and problem solving across internal operations, with a strong focus on delivery operations. Working across a broad range of teams, the role supports the planning, execution, and assurance of strategic delivery through effective operational processes and continuous improvement. What you\\\'ll be doing

- Create and maintain high-quality delivery reporting and assurance, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, and performance.
- Partner with delivery leads to resolve resource gaps, prioritise demand, and align with emerging portfolio needs.
- Develop robust delivery performance metrics and KPIs to provide analysis and actionable insight to improve delivery performance.
- Develop and embed operational processes and governance frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and effective delivery control. Solid understanding of Agile principles and how Atlassian tools support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements at scale.
- Ability to analyse business processes and translate them into solutions that drive efficiency and transparency.
