We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to provide planned and reactive technical support, ensuring compliance and operational standards are met across multiple sites. This role covers HV/LV systems, MEP strategies, and supports site mobilisation, projects, and professional services functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technical services to ensure all commitments are delivered.
- Oversee HV/LV activities and ensure compliance with BGIS safety rules.
- Ensure statutory and code compliance across sites.
- Support risk management and team development plans.
- Act as appointed engineer for High Voltage, Mechanical, and Confined Space.
- Update Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) for mechanical and HV/LV rules.
- Provide technical guidance to local teams and ensure competency structures are in place.
- Investigate major operational incidents and assist with root cause analysis.
- Promote BGIS management systems and processes across all contracts.
- Attend operational and site meetings to resolve issues and ensure consistency.
- Support commercial tasks including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and budgeting.
