BGIS is seeking a Deputy Shift Leader to supervise a shift team and oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive works within our contracted site in Greater London.
You will manage work orders through CAFM systems, ensure safety and compliance, and communicate with the client while maintaining high service standards and a professional BGIS image.
The role includes coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Shift Leader as required.
