In this dynamic mobile role, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for technical issues, operational coordination, and service delivery across a varied portfolio.
Key Responsibility
- Responsiblefortechnicalsupervisiontoensurethatalltechnicalservicescommitmentsare met.
- ResponsibleforensuringthatStatutory &Codecomplianceofsitesisadheredtobythe local management team and supported by specialist when required,
- EnsurethatRiskManagementisbeingdeliveredinaconsistentmanner.
- Ensureareasofteamdevelopmentarerecognisedandactionplaninplace,
- UpdatestotheSSOWmechanicalrules
- UpdatestotheSSOWHV/LVrules
- Providetechnicalsupporttolocalteams.
- Ensurestaffingstructuresandcompetenciesoperateacrossallsites always where required.
- InvestigateandassistwithRCA'sonmajorOperationalincidents.
- Attendoperationalmeetingsasrequired.
- ActivelypromotemanagementsystemsandprocessesthathavebeendevelopedforBGIS across all contracts to ensure consistency.
- Attendregularmeetingswithsitemanagementtodiscussanylocalissuesorconcerns.
- Communicateanycontractualconcernswithmanagementtoensureresolution.
- Promoteandmaintainthecorevaluesof BGIS.
- Commercial Awareness and supply chain management understanding
- Supporting with raising quotes, PO's, invoices and budgeting and contracts.
Accountabilities
- ReportingtotheOperations Manager.
- Workingcollaborativelywiththetechnicalservicesteam.
- Responsible for managing a shift team and managing the shift rota.
