The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Administrator / Service Coordinator to join our team on a 9‑month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll support the service team and Site Management by coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, reporting, purchase order workflows, and general operational support activities within our CMMS. This position is essential to maintaining seamless service delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring tasks are scheduled, tracked, and closed out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks across multiple contracts
- Allocating work to technicians and tracking progress to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Reviewing timesheets and preparing accurate reporting
- Managing purchase orders, including close‑out checks and submission for approval
- Operating the internal helpdesk line and updating tasks accordingly
- Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance data within CMMS systems
- Liaising daily with technicians to support operational workflow
- Providing general administrative and operational support as needed
Your Skills, Experience & Attributes
- General understanding of maintenance or service operations
- Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new systems
- High‑level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Desirable: Training or interest in OH&S, QA, or environmental disciplines
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
