Location: South West London

The purpose of this role is to support the Service Delivery Team. The duties of the team include but are not limited to, undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, issuing permit to work in accordance with BGIS SSOW and ensuring isolations and integrations are undertaken in accordance with BGIS and Site Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and manage all contract communications incl. Teams channel
  • Manage people engagement enabling action plan
  • Provide general support to the AD and DD with contract management
  • Org. chart management ensuring it’s correct and up to date at all times, including contact details
  • Support HSE Manager with various HSEQ trackers and their development
  • Work with HR and manage monthly Absence reports, provide monthly reports
  • Support AD with creating/development of the local processes
  • Programme management of Enabling Action plans
  • Support the business with digital developments and roll out on the contract
  • Ensure monthly meter readings are collated and updated, report populated for the client
  • Manage Continuous improvement(CI)/LEAN on the contract including the CI Register administration, roll out comms, compile monthly reports etc.
  • Office Management
  • General contract administration such as:
    • Scheduling various meetings
    • Taking meeting minutes
    • Chasing up actions
    • Populating and issuing of agenda updates
    • Booking in training sessions
