We are recruiting an Account Manager (Onsite Recruiter) to join Smart Environmental Support Services, a sub brand within Bright Group International. Smart Environmental Support Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist, based in the Leicester area.

The Role: To ensure the smooth running of our clients' recycling facility. Managing staff rotas, sickness and holiday. Recruiting new and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times. To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.
The Onsite recruiter will become an expert in the sector, learning all aspects of the business enabling them to recruit, train and support the best workforce for the business.
Overview:
- Support the smooth running of the facilities.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Manage the onsite flexible workforce, including staff rotas, sickness, holiday and processing timesheets.
- Recruit flexible workers and manage a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.
- Complete weekly payroll.
- Carry out onsite inductions when required.
- Manage compliance and employee records.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a recruitment background is essential.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage.
- Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written is essential.
- Very good level of numeracy.
- Ability to multitask while under pressure.
