Are you a creative, digitally minded marketer who loves bringing brands to life through content, campaigns, and smart use of technology? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you. BGI are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Group Marketing team, supporting five unique brands and playing a hands on role in delivering campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist marketer with a digital bias, someone who naturally gravitates towards social media, content creation, video, podcasts, events, and marketing automation, without being limited to a single speciality.
Key Duties:
- Build, deliver and analyse CRM and email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Bullhorn.
- Manage sales sequences, campaign lists and touchpoints during marketing and sales activity.
- Create digital content across social media, email, video, podcasts and websites.
- Support video editing, recording and production for brand and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate and promote B2B events (online and in person), including pre and post event activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data led insights.
- Use marketing technology and automation to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Support consistent content calendars and brand messaging across all five brands.
- Work closely with internal teams to strengthen personal branding for consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, curious, and loves experimenting with new formats, tools and creative ideas.
Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- A strong generalist with an interest in digital/content, social, video, email, events.
- Confident creating content end to end, from idea → execution → reporting.
- Data led and comfortable using CRM, analytics and performance dashboards.
- Excellent communicator with strong copywriting ability.
- Proactive and adaptable with a problem solving mindset.
- Experience in recruitment or talent focused businesses would be an advantage.
- An international outlook and ability to work across multiple brands is a plus.
