Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will join BGEN – one of the UK’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food & beverage industries to deliver next‑generation, value‑added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Create enquiry and job folders, maintain accurate logs, and support invoicing and training records.
  • Resolve invoicing queries by working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and the accounts team to ensure clear communication and timely solutions.
  • Prepare and issue invoices with accuracy, coordinate across departments, and keep processes efficient.
  • Handle everyday office tasks such as managing emails, updating calendars and ordering supplies to support the wider team.
