Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We're problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value‐added engineering solutions.
What will you be doing? As a Senior LV Design Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting LV Design Engineers across all design activities, offering technical guidance to ensure the delivery of the best solutions. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Project Leads, monitoring design progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include:
- Reviewing electrical schematics and design calculations
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Attending client sites to produce compliance reports
- Taking a senior leadership role in complex site migration projects
