Where you’ll be working? BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing? This role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the site office and project team. Responsibilities include managing daily office administration, processing holiday requests and authorised absences, and maintaining accurate physical and electronic records. The position oversees time and attendance tracking, updating daily worked hours and validating records against site gate data to ensure accuracy. Working closely with site supervisors, the workforce, and remote administrative support teams, the role resolves queries, coordinates information, and helps maintain seamless project operations. Strong organisational, communication, and record-management skills are essential to support project success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Admin Experience: Proven background working in a professional administrative role.
  • Software Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
