We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll lead project delivery with a steady focus on meeting scope, cost, quality, and schedule goals. Keep programmes, forecasts, and reports up to date while staying closely connected with clients as their main point of contact.

You’ll guide engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets standards and safety expectations. Identify risks and opportunities early and put practical plans in place.

You’ll share clear progress updates, manage changes smoothly, and encourage open, collaborative working with clients and partners.

You’ll drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.

What you’ll bring?

  • Do you have commercial awareness and an understanding of project finances?
  • Have you got the ability to manage several projects at once?
  • Do you have experience using MS Project, Excel, and key project management tools?
  • Do you have proven knowledge of electrical, control, and utility infrastructure work?
  • Do you hold CSCS/ECS card and SMSTS/SSSTS?
  • Have got got a full UK driving licence?
  • Do you have proven experience in electrical, control, or utilities projects
