At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with Resource Leads to provide essential data to assist with resource planning.
- Creation of project programmes and schedules, and other project documents as required by the company’s practices.
- Communicating the scope of project essentials and delivery programme with internal stakeholders and the clients.
- Acknowledging and communicating any issues and risks connected with projects throughout delivery and raising learnings where necessary to record challenges for operational improvement analysis.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge and experience of standard form contracts, particularly NEC4 is preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (e.g. ISO9001) requirements.
- Skilled in people management, communication, coaching, and performance development.
- Confident IT user with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Effective communicator across all levels—clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Skilled in negotiation and influence, fostering positive outcomes.
