This role will join BGEN – one of the UK’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

We are looking for Electrical Supervisors who take pride in safe, high-quality work. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of electrical installation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing Health & Safety, procurement, engineering coordination, plant and equipment, quality assurance, and team performance. You will be a key part of a collaborative, safety-focused team, helping to drive excellence across every stage of the project life cycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the industrial sector
• Relevant qualifications to support your supervisory experience
• A full UK driving licence
• SSSTS certification
• SMSTS certification (Desirable)
