Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will join BGEN, one of the UK’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors, and will be based in Barrow.

What will you be doing?

  • Carry out installations to the highest standards, confidently interpret technical drawings, and work independently to get the job done right.
  • Play a key role in keeping projects on track—requisitioning materials, supporting others, and ensuring everything meets industry regulations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Meet the requirements for the Electrician grade
  • Have 2+ years’ post‑training experience in installation or maintenance
  • Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Inspection & Testing, such as City & Guilds 2391‑52, EAL Level 3, NET Advanced Assessment of Competence (AAC) or an equivalent qualification
  • SC Clearance (not essential, but can be arranged)
