This role will join BGEN – one of the UK\’s largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience.

What will you be doing?

We\’re looking for Electrical Supervisors who take pride in safe, high-quality work. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of electrical installation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for managing Health & Safety, procurement, engineering coordination, plant and equipment, quality assurance, and team performance.

You’ll be a key part of a collaborative, safety-focused team, helping to drive excellence across every stage of the project life cycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the industrial sector
• Relevant qualifications to support your supervisory experience
• A full UK driving licence
• SSSTS certification
• SMSTS certification (Desirable)
