Leadership and coaching. You will share expert advice on key SHE principles, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide assurance at a senior level. You will lead and support investigations, ensuring meaningful root-cause learning and effective actions. You will also oversee compliance with legislation and ISO standards, carrying out audits that drive continual improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Five years SHE experience in MEICA and construction
  • Proven leadership across multi-site or cross-divisional teams
  • Senior SHE oversight in large infrastructure projects
  • Strong team leadership delivering consistent guidance
  • Expert CDM 2015 knowledge and high-risk activities
  • ISO 45001 auditing experience
  • Ability to drive improvements and influence positive culture
