We are seeking a Structural Technician to join our expanding team in our London office. You will play a key role in producing high-quality structural drawings and models, coordinating with engineers and other disciplines, and contributing to the smooth delivery of a wide variety of building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce clear, accurate Revit models, drawings and details to support the design of building structures.
  • Work closely with Structural Engineers and in-house teams to help deliver coordinated design information.
  • Assist with design coordination by sharing information with external architects, MEP engineers and contractors.
  • Attend internal design meetings when required and contribute professionally as part of the technician team.
  • Follow established BIM standards, workflows and protocols, helping to ensure consistency across project outputs.
  • Manage your day-to-day tasks effectively, maintaining quality and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare general arrangement drawings, sections, details and schedules across a range of materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
  • Support the production of digital outputs in line with project and practice expectations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit for structural projects.
  • Experience producing structural drawings and models for building structures in the UK.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with engineers and external design partners.
  • Understanding of BIM principles and coordinated model processes.
  • Ability to organise your own workload and deliver work to deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar BIM tools.
  • Aware of ISO 19650 roles, responsibilities and processes.
  • Experience working on refurbishment, existing building or heritage projects.
  • Basic understanding of RC detailing concepts.
