We are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Trade & Transaction Reporting (TTR) Data Quality function. This is a key role focused on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of regulatory reporting across MiFID II, EMIR Refit, SFTR, and REMIT. Working closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Change, you will play a central role in strengthening the firm’s reporting control framework and supporting ongoing regulatory initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead data quality control reviews across all reporting regimes
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis and drive remediation activities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and data issues
- Validate reporting accuracy using vendor platforms such as Kaizen, UnaVista, DTCC, and TradeEcho
- Design and enhance MI, dashboards, and reporting metrics
- Support regulatory change initiatives and UAT participation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development
- Maintain high-quality documentation and improve QA frameworks
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong experience in regulatory reporting data quality (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, REMIT)
- A solid understanding of trade and transaction lifecycles and system flows
- Hands-on experience with QA vendor platforms, ideally Kaizen
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- A strong control mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Technical skills:
- Advanced Excel, with strong PowerPoint and Word skills
- SQL or Python is advantageous
- Familiarity with UnaVista, DTCC, and TradeEcho
You will be detail-driven, proactive, and structured in your approach, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and maintain accuracy under pressure.
